Louis Comfort Tiffany may have been the 19th Century Steve Jobs of the art and design world.
In this specially curated private tour, you will discover the exquisite inspirations, originality, and methods of Louis Comfort Tiffany’s work. Tiffany was considered the greatest designer of the Gilded Age and beyond, and became known world-wide. He was an inventor across stained glass windows, mosaics, lamps, vases, painting, jewelry, furniture, and architecture. As an artistic visionary, a branding and marketing genius, a leader of the most talented craftspeople in the world and egalitarian employer, he rose to the heights of his art and still influences our aesthetic sensibilities today.
This tour will take you through Tiffany's inventiveness across his crafts and artistic endeavors, and pin point what made his artistic and leadership style so unique.
